The barn has four separate sleeping areas; one is a double en-suite, another large double and two mezzanine bedrooms that each can accommodate two adults (or more kids!). There are three toilets /bath/shower rooms.

A huge open plan pitched roof sitting room with a large table, sofa, easy chairs, piano, vinyl record collection, TV, table football, board games, and space for all sorts of creativity.

The kitchen is on the ground floor with large French doors opening straight on to the garden, it has been recently refurbished and has a dishwasher, a large range style cooker, and lots of cooking equipment, utensils and delightful crockery amassed from the junk shops of Britain! The kitchen table seats ten, and looks out onto the garden. Just off the kitchen is a utility area with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and hanging spaces for wet clothes.

The whole ground floor has been laid with new linoleum, easy to clean, even when burst into by a clan of muddy walkers or sandy surfers. Upstairs the floor is the original timber. The rental price includes linen, gas, electricity and wifi access.

We are happy to consider short notice bookings, short break/variable length bookings and discounts on smaller groups or late bookings. Do enquire if you are interested in any of the provisionally booked dates they may well become available.
