Black Barn is a unique property, hidden away down a quiet alley in the centre of Kingsbridge in South Devon. This charming building has been creatively restored to retain a feeling of space and originality.
Potentially sleeping 8/10 people it is ideal for two families or a group of friends to holiday together. Also, it is a great place for just 2 or 3 people to stay, spread out and enjoy the space. The huge pitch roofed sitting room, full of natural light, a great place to play and relax, even on rainy days. A colourful well-equipped kitchen opens onto a secluded but surprisingly spacious garden, that is safe for dogs.
Black barn is very conveniently located for shops, the cinema, leisure centre, cafes, buses and boats, all of which can be walked to in minutes. It also makes an ideal base from which to explore a stunning part of the coast, and the beautiful wider area. Kingsbridge has very good transport links, which also makes it a great choice for a car free holiday.
